We have planted vegetables, traditional ground provisions, coconuts and fruit trees. A garden has been created so that we can drink and enjoy herbal teas. Flowers have also been planted and are beginning to come on nicely. We still need to construct a better driveway and organise better lanscaping. We have been busy !
We have moved into our newly constructed building which has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Our staff has increased to six, who care for the five residents. We also have a secretary who looks after and supervises the home. It is airy, spacious and we are very happy.
Melissa and Marissa have joined the group. There are now five residents in the home. Melissa is six years old and has Down’s Syndrome, and Marissa is four years old and is brain damaged. Both have vision problems. Melissa is learning to walk. Marissa is unable to walk. Welcome to our newcomers.
